Braun Healthy Heart APP (version 2.1.2)
We know that some customers may experience problems connecting their smartphones or tablets to the Braun ActivScan™ 9 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor (BUA7200) and Braun iCheck® 7 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor (BPW4500) through the Braun Healthy Heart APP. The mobile devices affected, including Samsung models, are running Android 8 (Oreo) or Android 7 (Nougat).
We can offer you three options to fix this problem:
- Report the fault by clicking on this link www.productservice.co.uk and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to return your Braun blood pressure monitor using the downloadable FREEPOST traceable address label. We will repair your device by installing new firmware and return it to you within 10 working days. We will update you on progress via SMS to your mobile phone.
- Call our Customer Service Centre on +44(0) 115 965 7449 during office hours (09.00 to 17.30 pm Monday to Friday). We will ask you to return your Braun Blood pressure monitor using the downloadable FREEPOST traceable label, to be emailed to you after the call. We can also arrange to post the label to you if you prefer. We will repair your device by installing new firmware and will return it to you within 10 working days. We will update you on progress via SMS to your mobile phone.
- You may prefer to fix the connection problem yourself. It is possible to do this using a different smartphone or tablet which is neither running the Android 8 (Oreo) nor the Android 7 (Nougat) operating system. This could be an older Android phone with an older Android system down to version 4.3, or an Apple iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod).
